Our Experience
Welcome to NA Consulting LLC, a company founded by Nicholas Alamshaw, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a sixteen-year law enforcement professional. Nick's extensive experience includes eleven years on the SWAT team, where he served as an Entry Operator, Point Operator, Precision Rifle Observer, and Team Leader. As Team Leader, Nick oversaw critical operations, including planning and executing high-risk warrants, resolving armed barricades, responding to active shooters, and training new SWAT officers.
Nick's expertise led him to serve on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Tactical Officer's Association from 2018-2021. He also holds instructor certifications in Stop the Bleed, First Aid for Severe Trauma, First Aid, CPR, AED, De-Escalation, Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events, Firearms, Taser, and Physical Fitness. Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Education Degree from Northern Arizona University.
